He is a multicultural professional with 20+ years experience in management consulting, talent development, branding and marketing, with a passion for the combination of art & science. A trusted advisor to CEOs and CMOs of several companies in Latin America, especially those facing regional expansion, he has led teams and client engagements in South & Central America, Spain, Portugal and the US. 

Andre is constantly improving Brand, Sponsorship and Reputation ROI methodologies, having conducted more than 650 client engagements in the most diverse set of industries, ranging from B2B (Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure), Finance (Banking, Insurance, Credit Unions, FinTechs), FMCG and even celebrity brands such as Pelé. 

Andre was a founding partner at BrandAnalytics in 2006, which was acquired by WPP in 2012 and became Kantar Consulting, where he led the company’s expansion in Latin America. He began his career as a trainee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Brazil, holding a 15-year record of new associations, before joining TMP Worldwide for its Employer Branding practice, where he spent 2 years as a consultant. He has also worked as senior consultant at Interbrand for 4 years, where he further developed Brand Valuation & ROI methodologies. 

He is a frequently featured speaker and has delivered keynotes at brand, marketing and business seminars in almost all countries in Latin America. He also served as Brand Management Graduate Professor at prestigious universities such as FAAP and FGV. 

Andre holds a graduate degree in Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Finance from University of California, and an undergraduate degree in Social Communication from University of Sao Paulo. In addition to English, he also speaks Portuguese and Spanish.​
